Mortgage industry veteran Meredith McCrory has joined Wingspan Portfolio Advisors as vice president of strategic alliances.
McCrory, who has more than 17 years of mortgage industry experience, previously worked as executive director for default services consultancy On Default. Before that, she was director of marketing and national accounts director for Liberty Title & Escrow. She also served as production manager for Option One and has held various lending and underwriting positions with national companies since 1996.
In the newly created position of vice president of strategic alliances, McCrory will represent Wingspan Portfolio Advisors and its affiliated companies to prospective clients and partners in the U.S., covering every aspect of the mortgage process in support of the primary servicing sector.
Wingspan has grown to more than 2,000 employees in 2013, mainly through the firm's acquisition of the JPMorgan Chase servicing facility in Melbourne, Fla., earlier in the year, as well as Dimont & Associates in May.
