MIAC Analytics, a provider of pricing, risk management and accounting solutions for the mortgage and financial services industries, has opened a new technology center in Bethlehem, Pa.
The Bethlehem Technology Center is positioned in the heart of Bethlehem’s Southside district, the company says in a release.
Part of the Lehigh Valley, Bethlehem is the seventh largest city in Pennsylvania and home to many industries, including financial services, hospitality, retail and industrial.
Robert N. Husted, principal at MIAC, points out that the area has “many outstanding colleges and universities, and its engineering and technology heritage, the Lehigh Valley was a natural choice for the BTC.”
“Designed from the ground up with DevOps best practices in mind, the center will be a key contributor to the latest MIAC Analytics applications and services,” Husted adds.
MIAC is headquartered in New York City.
The firm recently relocated its North Carolina office to a larger space in the Toringdon Office Park in Charlotte, to accommodate the growth of its MSR valuation and Web development teams.
MIAC’s international offices are located in London and Bengaluru, India.
