Bellevue, Wash.-based RCO Legal PS and Atlanta-based Johnson & Freedman LLC are coming together to create one of the largest mortgage banking law firms in the U.S.
The result will be a full-service firm with operations in 15 states, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Montana, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington.
The combined firm, which will operate under the name RCO Legal PS, will offer a range of legal services related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, litigation, closings, replevin, commercial litigation, collections and general real estate matters.
Officers for the two firms say they expect a seamless transition with little to no disruption for clients.
