In a move that will expend its national footprint, Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), a provider of mortgage-related services, is acquiring Miami-based M&M Mortgage Services for an undisclosed sum.
M&M Mortgage Services offers a variety of mortgage field services, including several types of property inspections and delinquency interviews, as well as property preservation, REO clean out, property rehab and repair services, according to the company’s website.
“Integrating M&M with MCS allows us to expand our operations in Miami and strengthen our vendor network nationwide,” says Caroline Reaves, CEO of MCS, in a release. “We are excited to welcome M&M’s employees so that we can combine MCS’ industry-leading experience with the passionate commitment that M&M pursues with each of its clients.”
Armando Sanz, vice president of operations for M&M, will be joining the MCS management team and will continue to oversee the Miami office.
This will help ensure a smooth integration and an established service level for M&M’s existing portfolio.
