Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), a provider of property preservation services, has named Paul Lee the company's chief financial officer (CFO).
Lee works in the company's Plano, Texas, headquarters and succeeds Michael Carroll, who is retiring after more than eight years as the company's CFO.
Before joining MCS, Lee most recently served as vice president and treasurer of Texas-based Safety-Kleen Systems Inc. He previously served as vice president of finance for Capital Senior Living. Lee has also worked in various management and financial positions for Chief Auto Parts Inc. and Brice Foods Inc.
As CFO, Lee will provide oversight for finance, accounting, compliance and internal audits at MCS, according to the company. He will also be responsible for financial and strategic planning, risk management, and cost controls.
