Fort Washington, Pa.-based Ditech Mortgage Corp. is now using Ellie Mae's Encompass loan origination system.
Ditech is a growing company that offers residential mortgage products through a team of home loan specialists who are accessible by phone, online and in person. The company's correspondent lending division does business with 600-plus financial institutions nationwide, providing capital market expertise and financial stability.
As per a press release, Ditech will initially use the platform in its retail division and will later extend it to its retention, wholesale and correspondent divisions.
Patti Cook, president of DT Holdings, parent company of Ditech, says the company selected Encompass ‘because it enables us to deliver a high-touch experience for all of our customers – those who work with home loan specialists in our retail locations, those who contact us online and over the phone, and those who are members of the correspondent banking community.’
Ditech will pay for its subscription to the Web-based software based on how many loans it closes via Ellie Mae's Success-Based Pricing.
