Mortgage Master reports that it has created a team of professionals, called Loan Officer Concierge, who are dedicated to assisting with the loan officer (LO) on-boarding and training process.
As per a company press release, the new unit works with all departments of Mortgage Master, including recruiting, human resources, marketing, information technology, scenarios and operations, to facilitate a smooth transition for loan officers joining the firm. Mortgage Master reports that it has hired 46 experienced mortgage professionals over the last four months.
