Mortgage Master, a privately owned lender based in Walpole, Mass., has promoted Jimmy Yerman to Mid-Atlantic regional manager.
The company says he is a 23-year mortgage industry veteran. In his new role, Yerman will focus on increasing Mortgage Master's market penetration, retail branch network and team of mortgage originators, while providing services to borrowers in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
He will be based in Baltimore, where he is also the manager of one of Mortgage Master's branches.
Previous to joining Mortgage Master in September 2011, Yerman worked at Prospect Mortgage, where he was branch manager in Baltimore. Previously, he held branch management leadership positions in Maryland at Sun Trust Mortgage, Dynamic Capital Management and RE Mortgage Funding LLC.
He began working as a loan originator at Great Financial Mortgage Corp., Maryland Home Mortgage Corp. and Merit Mortgage Co. He is also currently involved with the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and Home Builders Association of Maryland.
