Mortgage Network Inc., an independent mortgage lender based in Danvers, Mass., has named Augustin Wagner a loan officer in the company's Conshohocken, Penn., branch and Kimberly Swyka a loan originator in the Elkton, Md., branch.
Wagner will be responsible for serving home buyers and homeowners throughout the greater Philadelphia area. Prior to joining Mortgage Network, Wagner served as loan originator for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
Swyka will be responsible for servicing home buyers and homeowners throughout the greater Maryland area and ultimately, will also serve borrowers in the Delaware area.
Swyka brings to Mortgage Network 12 years of mortgage banking experience in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Most recently, she served as a loan originator for The Columbia Bank/Fulton Mortgage Co.
The company has also announced that Jane Jordan, who manages the Laconia, N.H., branch office, has been recognized by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for generating the second most mortgage loans under the agency's home buyer program during 2013 – the third straight year Jordan made the agency's "Top 10" list under its Single Family Mortgage Program, which provides affordable mortgage financing for low- and moderate-income borrowers.
