Fintech firm LenderClose continues to build its team of mortgage experts with the addition of five new associates.
Cliff Hill joins as senior engineer, alongside four new sales development representatives, Tor Gach, Christen Jones, Sean Kastli and Benjamin Proffitt.
Hill has more than 15 years of software development experience. He comes to LenderClose from Greenville, S.C.-based Benefits in a Card, where he served as director of information technology and led the production, testing and development of the company’s flagship product, Benefits Wizard.
Gach joins LenderClose from Express Logistics in West Des Moines, Iowa, where he served as inside sales representative. Kastli comes to LenderClose from Image Sport, Inc., in Waukee, Iowa, where he served as a leader in the sales team for more than 20 years. There, Kastli was instrumental to developing client relationships across 24 U.S. states, as well as building, supervising and incentivizing the company’s sales team.
Proffitt has extensive experience in credit union leadership. Over 17 years, he held four different positions within Community Choice Credit Union in Des Moines, Iowa. He started with the financial cooperative as a member service representative in 2001 and then transitioned into the lending department as a loan processor. In 2007, he joined the business development and marketing team where he helped establish new selected employee group memberships for the credit union.
Proffitt further added to his credit union experience by becoming a digital consumer loan officer. In 2018, LenderClose announced a growth investment intended to finance the addition of at least 25 employees by the end of 2019.
This new set of employees rounds out 10 associates added to the team in the last 30 days.
