Cleveland-based NAI Daus has hired Suzanne Hamilton as vice president of finance. In her new job, Hamilton will oversee evaluating prospective and existing project opportunities for investors and clients, analyzing a property's financial performance and value.
Hamilton has more than two decades of experience and results analyzing business opportunities and developing valuations on commercial projects. She is past president of Commercial Real Estate Women and is a frequent guest lecturer for the College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University on commercial real estate financing and marketing.
