National Asset Direct Inc. (NAD), an advisor to purchasers of distressed residential assets and mortgage loans, says the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance has granted a license to service first- and subordinate-lien mortgage loans to iServe Servicing Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NAD.
With this authorization, iServe is now authorized to service residential mortgages in a total of 47 states, including California, Florida and Texas. According to the company, iServe's high-touch servicing platform is designed to correctly diagnose a borrower's unique conditions, match creative solutions to meet the best interests of the borrower, encourage resolutions that provide immediate relief and near-term stabilization, and promote long-term viability of retaining homeownership.
