Adi Peery has been named vice president of portfolio management at commercial real estate firm National Asset Services (NAS).
Peery first joined NAS in 2009 and has since served the company as senior portfolio manager. She has over 25 years of experience in asset and property management of commercial real estate and, additionally, has extensive experience in leasing and tenant relations and overseeing property rehabilitations.
According to NAS, Peery is responsible for investor communications and asset management of a diverse range of properties that include retail, multifamily, office, industrial flex and student housing located in eight states across the country.
“Adi’s new title of vice president portfolio management is a more accurate reflection of both her and our company’s deep and extremely diversified experience in managing commercial property,” says Karen E. Kennedy, president and founder of NAS.
