Commercial real estate firm National Asset Services (NAS) has hired certified public accountant Oliver Calza as chief financial officer.
Calza brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience to NAS. His responsibilities will include the overall financial management and transparency of the company, including controllership, treasury, investor relations, tax and long-range planning.
Calza was previously vice president of finance for the west region of Time Warner Cable. Before that, he was controller for Menemsha Construction Solutions, where he oversaw finance and accounting functions.
He also served as a director of business operations for Charter Communications, responsible for the management of capital, retail lobbies, warehouses and fleet. Prior to that, he was a director of accounting for Comcast Corp.
