Hunter Hotel Advisors has announced that Laura Wolinsky has joined the firm's capital markets division as vice president. She will be in the company's Washington, D.C., office.
Wolinsky has more than 20 years of hospitality real estate experience. Previously, she spent eight years as an underwriting team leader at Capmark Finance LLC (formerly GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp.). Prior to Capmark, Wolinsky specialized in hospitality real estate consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC in New York and Miami and Kenneth Leventhal & Co.
