Colliers International has announced that Joseph Harbert has joined the commercial real estate services firm as president of its Eastern region. He will be based in the company's New York office.
Harbert was previously chief operating officer for Cushman & Wakefield in the New York tri-state region and its area leader for the Northeast. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2004, he was in senior leadership positions with Edward S. Gordon, Insignia/ESG and CBRE.
