Irvine, Calif.-based ICON Residential Lenders has hired R.J. Arnett for the newly created position of executive vice president of wholesale lending. In this position, Arnett will oversee the national sales force with a nationwide network of mortgage brokers.
Arnett was most recently executive vice president of CS Financial, a residential and commercial retail mortgage banking firm. He previously was managing director at MortgageIT, a Deutsche Bank subsidiary, and also worked at Countywide Financial for many years in various positions, including division executive vice president.
