Minneapolis-based CSM Corp. has named Michelle Culligan general counsel.
Culligan was formerly a principal and general counsel at Manchester Cos. in Minneapolis and also provided corporate real estate advisory services to tenants as a commercial real estate broker at AREA LLC. Before that, she practiced for over 13 years at Briggs and Morgan PA, where she was a partner in the financial services and real estate department, and five years as head of the financial services practice at law firm Dunkley and Bennett PA.
