New York-based Longbridge Financial has hired Melissa Macerato as a partner and executive vice president of sales and marketing. She will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts and the sales force at Longbridge, and will play a key role in expanding the firm through the establishment of licensing in additional states across the country.
Macerato had been serving Longbridge in a consulting capacity since July. Prior to that, she worked for more than 10 years at MetLife Bank, most recently as regional sales leader for the company's reverse mortgage business. Prior to joining MetLife, Macerato was a vice president with MBNA America and a senior director at GE Capital.
