New REO Workflow Solution Designed For Small And Mid-Tier Servicers

e, Ill.-based Default Servicing Technologies (DST) has introduced a new Web-based workflow platform designed to assist small- to medium-sized servicers manage residential and commercial real estate owned properties (REOs). ‘The majority of REO platforms have concentrated on large financial institutions, so we took our enterprise product and modified it according to the needs of smaller financial institutions,’ explains James Clark, DST's CEO. The new DispoSolutions system features a point-and-click interface and is designed to manage the entire REO process from pre-REO to post-close, DST says.
