Cassidy Turley has announced that Carolyn J. Sidor has joined the firm as senior managing director of market development. Sidor will be based in the Boston office and will lead brokerage operations and Cassidy Turley's practice groups – including data center solutions, healthcare, hospitality, law firms, food and beverage facilities, net lease investment properties and life sciences – and will lead the company's customer relationship management team.
Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Sidor was with Colliers International, most recently as president of U.S. operations. Before that, she led regional marketing and business development teams at CB Richard Ellis/New England and Insignia/ESG, and she served as chief operating officer of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and executive director of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Boston.
