NexTitle, a full-service title and escrow firm based in Bellevue, Wash., has launched its newest suite of online tools known as GLADiS, for real estate and mortgage professionals.
The company says GLADiS was designed to cater to on-the-go professionals, enabling them to access information and documents from anywhere, at any time.
GLADiS has the following features, according to the company:
á Enables ordering documents, listing packages, and receiving instant order numbers and good faith estimates right away, all from the same interface;
á Provides functions to easily manage frequently used contacts;
á Offers listing packages to provide access to a house's transaction history;
á Has intelligent property search feature to locate the subject property; and
á Gives support for centralized teams (i.e., sharing and viewing orders and history).
NexTitle notes that it will continue to roll out additional features for GLADiS over the coming months.
