NorthMarq Capital, a privately held commercial real estate financial intermediary, has promoted John T. Reed to managing director of the company's Omaha, Neb., office.
In his new position, Reed will supervise borrowing relationships and manage the delivery of debt and equity financing solutions for commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining NorthMarq in 2006, Reed worked at GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. as vice president and mortgage banker in its Omaha location. Prior to joining GMAC, Reed was a production manager with Wells Fargo Bank in Omaha and AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance LLC.
NorthMarq, based in Bloomington, Minn., provides mortgage banking and commercial loan servicing in 34 offices across the U.S.
