Santa Ana, Calif.-headquartered Northwest Trustee Services Inc., a full-service trustee company providing real estate trustee services to mortgage lenders in the Western U.S., has been approved as a member in California by USFN, a national nonprofit association of law firms and trustee companies that represent mortgage lenders in each of the 50 states.
The new membership comes as a result of the recent acquisition of Specialized Inc. by Northwest Trustee Services, the company notes. Membership in USFN is strictly limited to attorneys and trustees meeting high qualifications and standards while representing national mortgage lenders in their foreclosure, bankruptcy and related creditors' rights matters.
Stephen Routh, CEO of Northwest Trustee Services, has been elected to four terms on the board of directors of USFN.
