Old Republic Default Management Services, the loan servicing division of Old Republic Title, is changing its name to Old Republic Servicing Solutions.
The name change comes as the default servicing industry continues to shrink to near-pre-crisis levels.
‘The new name will more accurately describe our resources and abilities to enhance existing service offerings and to develop new strategic and innovative solutions for our customers' needs throughout the nation,’ says Mark Bilbrey, president of Old Republic National Title Insurance Co., in a release. ‘We are confident the change will also advance recognition of our brand and the trust that Old Republic has earned in the marketplace.’Â
The company – one of the nation's 50 largest publicly held insurance organizations – provides national mortgage servicing offerings through direct fulfillment and in partnership with affiliates.
The name change will take effect Aug. 3, the company says in its release.
