Old Republic National Title Insurance Co., part of the Old Republic Title Insurance Group, has acquired American-First Abstract Co., a full-service abstract and title company based in Norman, Okla.
‘The combination of American-First with our existing offices of American Guaranty Title Company will strengthen our position in central Oklahoma and allow us to provide expanded services to our customers in this area,’ says Mark Bilbrey, senior vice president and chief operating officer of the Central Title Group of Old Republic National Title Insurance.
