Risk management, compliance, field service operations and vendor management expert Paul Magaha has joined Assurant Field Asset Services as director of regulatory compliance.
Magaha is a past president and current treasurer of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services. With more than 20 years of experience, he most recently served as assistant vice president for industry relations at ServiceLink Field Services.
As per a company press release, Magaha brings expertise in regulatory compliance, code compliance and process change management. He has built strong relationships with leaders in areas of compliance from code enforcement to regulatory agencies such as Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, U.S. Housing and Urban Development and the Veterans Affairs, as well as regional and local field service vendors.
What's more, he has moderated and presented at numerous industry conferences and code enforcement seminars.
