Pierce and Associates, a law firm handling mortgage-related legal issues in Illinois, has named Pamela J. Murphy chief operating officer (COO).
Pierce and Associates says Murphy has 25 years of industry experience in real estate owned (REO), tax-title and default services.
She joined the firm over 13 years ago in the REO department and most recently served as director of default services. Prior to joining Pierce and Associates, Murphy held management and operations positions at Dovenmuehle Mortgage and Ticor Title Insurance Co.
