Erin L. Smith and M. Michael Sadic have joined the law firm Potestivo & Associates PC as associate attorneys in the firm's Chicago office.
Smith has worked in various aspects of real estate law. Previously, she served as an associate attorney for Pierce & Associates, where she handled all stages of complex litigation files including affirmative defenses, counterclaims, evidentiary hearings and title issues. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from DePaul University College of Law.
Sadic attended North Park University in Chicago on a four-year scholarship for demonstrated excellence in academics and athletics. He completed a bachelor's degree in political science in 2008. He earned his law degree at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Mich., in 2011.
Both Smith and Sadic will be serving in the firm's foreclosure and litigation departments.
