Elizabeth Kanous has joined Potestivo & Associates as supervising attorney in the Rochester Hills, Mich., office headquarters, where she will primarily serve the bankruptcy department.
The law firm says that Kanous previously spent two years representing consumers in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Most recently, she served as an associate attorney for a local firm where she represented creditors in bankruptcy.
Kanous is also a member of numerous professional organizations in the industry, including the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Consumer Bankruptcy Institute.
