Property & Portfolio Research Inc. (PPR), a Boston-headquartered global provider of independent commercial real estate research and portfolio strategy services, has added 46 secondary U.S. markets to its commercial real estate Portal service, increasing total domestic markets covered to 100 metropolitan markets.
The expansion allows clients access to both market- and address-level research and forecasts in support of their apartment, office, warehouse and retail property investment activities.
The PPR Portal is an easy-to-use delivery platform for research, analytics and property information surrounding a specific address and property type. Information is presented in written, table data, graphic and map formats, and can easily be downloaded and printed, the company notes. Property information includes recent sales transactions, availabilities, rent and lease transactions, and construction activity.
