PrimeSource Mortgage Inc., a national mortgage lender, has selected Cross Media's Unify platform, a software as a service (SaaS) single-access solution.
According to Cross Media, the Unify platform is designed to help users increase sales and profits by improving customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
The platform provides confidence to users by allowing them to manage and meet compliance requirements while increasing communications with customers, says Cross Media.
