Pro-Teck Services, based in Waltham, Mass., says it has expanded its California operations to meet the demands of valuation volatility in regional markets and provide a higher degree of quality and customer service.
The Pro-Teck operations in Irvine, Calif., have expanded the current quality and customer service departments while adding quality resolution, capital markets review, reconciliation and negotiation, and vendor management departments to augment current operations in Boston.
The extreme increase of volume within the servicing sector and micro-market dynamics have increased the need for regional market knowledge, the company notes. ‘Duplicating quality and vendor operations on the East and West coasts allows us to better support our clients and vendors various time zones while strengthening our micro market expertise,’ says Jeff Dickstein, chief appraiser. ‘Local market knowledge is the foundation of quality in all of Pro-Teck's products.’
