Real Info Inc., a technology provider of real estate data, has made available property-condition reports as part of its automated valuation model (AVM) product offerings. The company has contracted with Cleveland-based field servicer Safeguard Properties as its provider for third-party condition-inspection reporting with full photo documentation.
Real Info says the property-condition reports are designed to meet new regulatory appraisal and evaluation guidelines. The recently published inter-agency guidelines recommend that lenders consider obtaining verification of a property's current physical condition when utilizing AVMs, the company explains.
The offering includes tier-based pricing based upon expected turnaround times, Real Info adds.
