Lynn Effinger has joined the Roseville, Calif.-based financial services consulting firm Transaction Dynamics LLC as director of new business development.
Effinger was previously president of Effinger Communications and senior vice president of new business development at Olympus Asset Management. Before that, he was director of real estate owned (REO) services at Safeguard Properties and held the position of vice president and REO manager at Citicorp Trust Bank and Washington Mutual Bank/Great Western Bank.
