Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, a commercial real estate investment banking firm, has announced the launch of its West Coast investment sales and mortgage banking platforms, with new offices opening in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
To lead the company's investment sales expansion effort, Rockwood has hired Sean Fulp (pictured left, top) as managing director and head of Western U.S. investment sales. Prior to joining Rockwood, Fulp was managing director of Newmark Knight Frank Cornish & Carey Commercial's Capital Group, where he completed more than $1 billion of institutional sales transactions between 2010 and this year.
Rockwood has also relocated Andre Dobrowsky (pictured left, bottom), a managing director based in the company's New York headquarters, to Los Angeles to establish the mortgage banking platform.
