RRML Commercial Mortgage Lender, a Rutherford, N.J.-headquartered subsidiary of Robins Robins Miller and Lloyd, has entered underwriting agreements with Family First Mortgage Corp. and AMS Mortgage Services.
Under the agreements, RRML will underwrite all commercial real estate loans that originate from Family First Mortgage Corp.'s and AMS Mortgage Services' offices. The company adds that it will approve qualifying commercial mortgage applicants within 72 hours after receiving loan requests ranging from $500,000 to $1 million.
