Valley View, Ohio-based Safeguard Properties has hired Sandy Opacich as vice president of human capital. In this newly created executive position, Opacich will provide leadership for the company's human resources programs.
Prior to joining Safeguard, Opacich served as the director of human resources services at Medical Mutual in Cleveland for 11 years. She also served as executive vice president of human resources for LakeWest Group Ltd. and senior vice president and director of human resources for McDonald Investments Inc., both in Cleveland.
