Land Home Financial Services Chooses Sagent Servicing System

Sagent, a fintech company focused on mortgage and consumer loan servicing for banks and lenders, has signed a 10-year partnership with Land Home Financial Services Inc. to power its entire servicing consumer and enterprise experience across performing and non-performing loans.

The California-based independent mortgage bank specializes in the reperformance of loans held by third parties. It will work with Sagent to scale servicing operations using Sagent’s servicing platforms, including LoanServ (system of record), Tempo (loss mitigation and default management) and CARE (consumer experience).
