ServeNow.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Westin Consulting LLC, has acquired ProcessServers.com. The acquisition will strengthen ServeNow.com's ability to help legal professionals find local, pre-screened process serving professionals throughout the U.S. and Canada, the company says.
‘This is an exciting milestone for our company,’ states Mike MacDonald, ServeNow.com brand manager. ‘We're now able to offer process servers the opportunity to reach more of their potential clients, and legal professionals an additional place to find local, pre-screened process servers.’
According to ServeNow.com, using local process servers is the most efficient and cost-effective way to execute a service of process. With local process servers, papers are served faster, and legal professionals are able to communicate directly with the process server regarding the case.
