Sirote & Permutt PC has entered the Florida market with the opening of a new office in Pensacola. This is the fourth location for the Alabama-based law firm, which also has offices in Birmingham, Huntsville and Mobile.
Sirote & Permutt's 22-person mortgage litigation group, which was established in 2006, specializes in foreclosures, loss mitigation, bankruptcies, real estate owned closings, evictions, title work, regulatory compliance services and complex litigation. The team also defends origination and servicing claims in state, federal and bankruptcy courts premised on, among other things, alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and a lack of ‘standing.’
