Commercial real estate advisory services provider Situs has added two directors and two vice presidents to its senior management team.
Industry veterans Roger Johnson and Edward Robertson have been named directors of Situs' Bank & Loan Advisory Group.
Johnson has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, the last five focused on distressed community banks. Most recently he worked as managing director and business development officer at Garrison Investment Group.
Robertson joins Situs from Clayton Holdings, where he spent five years as managing director of the commercial services division. During his time at Clayton Holdings, Robertson created and led a profitable commercial business covering all aspects of financial services.
In their new roles, Johnson will be primarily focused on business development, while Robertson will be directly involved in both the strategic direction of the company and quality control for the business unit.
In addition, Brian Murray and David Risdon have been appointed as vice presidents.
Murray has nearly 10 years of industry experience, the majority at investment bank Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, where he served as vice president and head underwriter in the Loan Portfolio Strategies Group.
Risdon was previously the commercial services underwriting manager at Clayton Holdings, where he led contract underwriting teams on bank recapitalizations and M&A assignments.
In their new roles, Murray and Risdon will be responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including the underwriting and valuation of commercial real estate, commercial and industrial loans, and cashflow modeling for bank recapitalization, M&A and loan acquisition assignments.
In May Situs announced the addition of John Zielke as head of underwriting in its multifamily advisory group.
