Emily Bartekoske and Halley Ryherd have joined South & Associates PC, a law firm focusing on the protection of creditors' rights in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa, as associate attorneys in the firm's judicial foreclosure department.
In addition, Steven Clarke has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the litigation department.
Bartekoske and Clarke are licensed to practice in both state and federal courts in Iowa. Ryherd is licensed to practice in Iowa's state court.
The firm provides services in all areas of default servicing, including foreclosure, title, evictions, bankruptcy, title resolution, complex lender/servicer litigation and loss mitigation, as well as commercial and special assets.
