Specialized Loan Servicing LLC (SLS), an independent, third-party mortgage servicer, has appointed Ryan Conser senior vice president (SVP) of research and analytics.
Conser, a 15-year veteran of the mortgage industry, will focus on predictive analytics and developing enhanced benchmarking, segmentation strategies and risk modeling.
Prior to joining SLS, he served as vice president of analytics and strategy at Seterus Inc., a wholly owned mortgage servicing subsidiary of IBM. Conser has also held notable leadership positions ranging from portfolio acquisitions and pricing to strategic planning and performance analytics.
