STRATMOR Group, a mortgage industry advisory firm, has promoted Lisa Springer to chief operating officer.
Springer joined the company in January as practice manager. In her new role, she will be primarily responsible for the delivery of the consultancy's products and services to its mortgage banking customers.
Previously, Springer served as executive vice president of sales at Motivity Solutions and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
