Supreme Lending, a full-service mortgage banker with licenses in 48 states and branches throughout the U.S., reports that it has opened two new branches – one in Overland Park, Kan., a suburb of Kansas City, and the other in Kansas City, Mo. – in an effort to strengthen its presence in the area.
Managing the new locations will be industry veteran David Curry. Reporting to him are five loan originators and one operations manager – four originators in the Kansas office and one in the Missouri branch.
"The Kansas City market has not experienced the huge swings that some other markets have experienced," Curry says in a release. "The job market is good, plus it's an affordable area with a stable environment and excellent school systems."
Curry has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Supreme Lending, he served as a branch manager and senior loan officer for Prime Lending, where he managed four branches and 19 loan officers. Prior to that, he served as senior division president and senior loan officer with Diamond Residential Mortgage.
