Glastonbury, Conn.-based The National Groups, a vendor that provides default management services to government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) and mortgage servicers, has announced several promotions.
Julie Lank has been named managing director of loss mitigation. In her new position, Lank is responsible for the day-to-day asset management operations of National Collection and Loss Mitigation Services LLC (NCLMS).
The firm has also promoted Carla Ulufanua to managing director of real estate owned (REO) management. Ulufanua formerly served as the company's REO operations manager for the GSEs.
Additionally, The National Groups has promoted Meghan Street to senior business analyst, strategic management. In this capacity, Street will manage increased responsibilities that cross technological and operational lines.
