Milford, Conn.-based Total Mortgage Services LLC has introduced Total Mortgage Processing, a mortgage-processing platform.
Total Mortgage Services says the platform is for mortgage lenders, community banks, credit unions and third-party originators to originate more mortgage loans, scale capacity to market demands, increase profitability, enhance service levels, remain fully compliant and maintain customer relationships.
According to the company, Total Mortgage Processing can support retail or wholesale channel originators through either an existing network of preferred service providers or a network recommended by Total Mortgage.
Total Mortgage says the platform includes the following features:

á Ginnie Mae direct lender providing support in the areas of Federal Housing Administration lending;
