Total Mortgage Services has reportedly purchased an office building in Milford, Conn., to serve as its new headquarters.
The 143,802-square-foot Class A office building located in the Milford Place Corporate Center will enable Total Mortgage to consolidate its growing production, marketing and operations teams into a single location.
‘Significant growth and expansion plans have resulted in our need for larger space,’ said John Walsh, president of Total Mortgage. ‘Our new headquarters will reflect Total Mortgage's culture of responsible lending, integrity and insight. In addition, it will enhance the collaboration of our production, marketing and operations teams to allow us to continue to deliver best-in-class mortgage solutions and service to borrowers throughout the country.’
Total Mortgage plans to move into its new headquarters in the fall of this year. A company release did not reveal the closing price.
The company recently opened satellite offices in Fairfield and Ridgefield, Conn., and plans to open its first Arizona branch in the second half of 2013. Currently, Total Mortgage is licensed in 29 states and the District of Columbia.
