Mortgage lender Total Mortgage Services continues to grow. Recently, the company received its Arizona Mortgage Banker License from the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions and opened its first branch in Phoenix.
Larry Gates is manager for the new branch office. He has 17 years of industry experience and recently worked as an area manager for a nationwide mortgage lender and also as president and CEO of a leading mortgage broker firm.
